Paul Dombrow

Paul has several years of experience in several areas of real estate including sales, property management, and real estate appraisals. This wide scope of knowledge translates into a very comprehensive and thorough approach to crafting his clients’ real estate investing strategies. Paul has a bachelor’s degree in real estate and housing and a post-graduate certificate in real property valuations.

He is a member of the Ontario Expropriation Association and is an accredited real estate appraiser (AACI, P. App) with the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Paul has performed a wide range of real estate valuation assignments for both the private and public sectors and has appraised a multitude of property types including residential, rural residential, multi-residential, office, industrial, retail, institutional, and development land. Research specialties include land use planning (official plan and zoning), comparable sales, real estate trends (time adjustments factors), highest and best use of a property, and valuations. By being so well versed in all aspects of real estate, Paul brings a very multi-dimensional perspective to each real estate transaction. He evaluates various critical angles to ensure his clients’ best interests are met.
