A Toronto native and graduate of the Ted Rogers School of Management, Marlon holds a commerce degree with a specialization in real estate. During his time at the school, he was fortunate to receive the Peter Sharpe Program Award in Real Estate Management and the Ted Rogers Academic Achievement Award — honours that reflect his industry knowledge and passion for the field.

As a member of Forest Hill Yorkville, Marlon has earned numerous accolades. Early in his career, he received the Rising Star Award (2018), the Outstanding Mentorship Award (2019), and the Leadership Award (2021) for his contributions to team growth and development. Additionally, his high performance has been recognized through multiple annual Sales Awards of Excellence, distinguishing him among Forest Hill Yorkville’s top-producing agents.
