Jennifer Chan

Jennifer Chan can best be described as patient, responsible and dependable. Her easy-to-approach demeanour makes her a pleasure to work with for clients and agents alike. Jennifer boasts a thorough comprehension of two combined areas of expertise.

The first being her years at Forest Hill Yorkville assisting clients in their residential transactions and the second in investment properties. Prior to becoming a real estate salesperson, Jennifer had a background in sales, event management and communications. She also managed investment properties and spent over ten years learning the ins and outs of property management and market value.

She is an expert at listing/selling and buying condominiums, single-family dwellings and investment properties throughout the city of Toronto (as well as in cottage country, including Collingwood and Peterborough). Her charity work includes work for the Danforth East Community Association, the Hong Kong Canada Business Association, the North American Association of Asian Professionals and The Alzheimer's Society.

Jennifer’s adept listening skills, professionalism, diligence and proactive techniques, together with her fascinating and well-rounded background, all make her a superior real estate salesperson and an asset in any transaction.
