A native of Vancouver, Grace holds a BFA from the University of British Columbia and both a Bachelor of Environmental Design Studies and a Master of Architecture from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She is also a licensed real estate instructor who has taught courses on NYS Construction and New Development, and a 2014 Toastmaster Speaking Champion in New York. Grace's passion lies in experiencing architecture through real estate, connecting people with their dream properties, optimizing pre-construction floorplans through feng shui, and crafting strategies to showcase properties at their finest.
