Dean Zalev

Dean Zalev has been a Realtor® for 15 years in Toronto, serving clients with residential and commercial needs. His focus has predominately been on condominiums in the central core to midtown Toronto and commercial properties in Southern Ontario. Dean is known as a keen strategist, negotiator, and deal maker and brings a lifetime of experience in acquisitions, sales, and analysis to every trade in real estate.

Prior to entering the real estate industry as an agent, Dean enjoyed a long career in the metals recycling industry in senior marketing and sales positions and eventually as Chairman and CEO of a large international processing and trading company based in Windsor, Ontario. Dean was also very involved in community initiatives and acted as Chair of the Windsor-Essex Development Commission and Vice-Chair of the St. Clair College Foundation. With a strong foundation in group leadership, sales, and real estate, Dean delivers a gold standard of service and care to his clients as he helps them achieve their property goals.
