Dean Nichols

Dean has over 30 years of public service experience under his belt and with a focus on the housing sector, he is primed to make a significant contribution to the Forest Hill Real Estate team. The recently appointed sales representative is a customer-focused professional who works diligently and carries himself with integrity.

Dean values honesty as one of his most cherished qualities. He is inspired by a quote from the Dalai Lama: "There are only two days in the year that nothing can be done. One is called yesterday and the other is called tomorrow, so today is the right day to love, believe, do, and mostly live." This quote serves as a guiding principle in his life and endeavors.

Dean is a family-oriented individual who is eager to revisit the sites and sounds of the city post-pandemic, specifically Toronto’s thriving live music scene, its collection of events, and the theatre.
