Anita Polson

Born and raised in the GTA, Anita has intimate knowledge of the city and its surrounding areas. Having called various Toronto neighbourhood home – from Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton, Toronto, Ajax & Whitby – she is exceptionally knowledgeable when it comes to Toronto & its surrounding areas. Anita earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Guelph and also completed a Diploma in Massage Therapy. She worked in the Healthcare Profession for 11 years before entering a career in real estate. Anita is passionate about the direction of the Real Estate industry and has been involved with various committees at the Toronto Real Estate Board for the past several years – Consumer Relations, Professional Standards & Arbitration.

A strong proponent of continuing education, Anita maintains that keeping abreast of market trends and industry innovations is fundamental to successfully meet the needs of her clients. Her approach to client service is also steeped in education, as she systemically guides clients through every phase of buying and selling. “I believe that an honest approach, teaching/guiding people according to their circumstances is extremely important.
